Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Subul IN, including the Chrome extension, website, APIs, and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the service.

We may require you to accept updated Terms before continuing to use the service after material changes.

Subul IN is a productivity tool that helps users create posts, review profiles, and generate networking insights from content they choose to analyze. Some features use Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Subul IN is independently operated by Smartovate Technologies and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation.

Subscription and fees: Subul IN is currently offered as part of the Subul educational and professional development platform. Some features may be free while others may require a subscription or be subject to usage limits. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase and will form part of these Terms, together with any cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law.

You may use Subul IN only if you are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable local law, and you can form a binding agreement with us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account, and for all activity that occurs through your use of the service.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Automating LinkedIn activity beyond the user-triggered actions supported by the extension.
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data at scale without user action or permission.
• Bypassing access controls, rate limits, or account restrictions.
• Uploading malware, malicious code, or unsafe content.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
• Using the service to violate law, platform policies, or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the service except where law expressly allows it.

AI features may produce incomplete, incorrect, or outdated results. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before relying on it.

AI output is provided for informational and productivity purposes only and is not legal, employment, financial, or professional advice.

We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, unbiased, available at all times, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your use of Subul IN is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we process it, and how long we retain it.

By using the service, you acknowledge that some features rely on LinkedIn page content you choose to analyze and on Subul-owned authentication and backend services.

The service, its design, software, logos, and content are owned by Smartovate Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, device, or LinkedIn interface change.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or use the service in a way that creates risk to us, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension and discontinuing access to the website and related services.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smartovate Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the product or on the website.
